You may return it  in  original condition for a refund, minus shipping costs.   A 10% restocking fee will be deducted on all orders, unless damaged.  Must be returned in same packing material it arrived with.

Backorder Policy

Items are in stock 98-99% of the time. If it ever happens that its not in stock, we will let you know the wait time expected for your purchase. 

Shipping Policies

Merchandise is usually delivered by Fed Ex and a signature is required at time of delivery. International items are shipped by Fed Ex and post office.

Damaged Goods Policy

Inspect your purchase right after delivery, to make sure there are no damaged items. The statues are packed very secure, but if that ever happens, contact us as soon as possible for an exchange or refund. We must be contacted within 10 days of delivery of merchandise. You must return it with the same packing material the box arrived with.
